"How are organic eggs produced?"

Hi Sandra,
What a great question! Hens that produce organic eggs are housed in free range barns (meaning they have access to the outdoors weather permitting). They only eat food that's been certified organic in addition anything they peck on outside in the grass and on the barn floor. Like other birds, hens like to eat little bugs too.
