Hi Donna,

You should really always aim to consume eggs before the “best before” date. This date is about 35 days after the eggs are graded. However, eggs can still be consumed one or two weeks after that date. If you are using them after their best before date, they should be used in a thoroughly cooked dish (i.e. baked, hard-cooked or scrambled rather than soft-poached or fried sunny-side up).
