What a great question, we get this one a lot!
We recommend that you consume your hard boiled eggs within one week of cooking them (keeping them refrigerated, of course).
Here are some recommended storage times to take into consideration however you choose to enjoy your eggs:
- Fresh shell eggs: Use by "best before" date
- Leftover whites/yolks: Use within 2-4 days
- Hard-cooked eggs: Use within 1 week
- Prepared egg dishes: Use within 3-4 days
- Pickled eggs: Use within 1 month
- Frozen eggs: Use within 4 months
